Things I love

Lottie loves to find a dark corner to watch her shows.  The other day I went to grab my coat and found her in the coat closet.  She's watching Eon Kid in there.  She is completely crazy about that show.  There aren't all that many episodes of Eon Kid on Netflix but she's watched every one of them at least 3 times.
Charlie has discovered my box of stamps and spends most mornings lately stamping.  No stamps or ink on anything other than paper yet but I'm sure it will happen.
What would we do without our Dream Lights?  Santa brought one for Charlie and Lottie but I broke down and bought one for Ivy too.  I never could get behind the original pillow pets (although we have several) but these Dream Lights are seriously cool.
It makes bedtime so much easier since the kids actually enjoy laying in their rooms looking at the lights.  We love them.
Also, what would we do without Aunt Mandy?  She has such a gift with kids and they respond to her unlike anyone else.  We only get to see her a couple times a year since she lives on the east coast but whenever she's around it's like she's never left.  We love you Mandy!
John and Jack have been really into Harry Potter lately.  John reads to Jack every night and they are deep into book 2.  We started reading chapter books to Jack about 6 months ago and he could hardly sit still through one chapter.  He was so fidgety and he kept asking where the pictures were.  Now though he begs for more every night. The best part is that Jack has to have his little wand that we got on our trip to Oregon and he waves it around while John reads.  You can see it there in his lap.
So fun.  I love that Jack is developing a love for reading.
My girls have been so cute together lately.  They will chase each other around the house squealing and giggling.  It's adorable.  I wonder what 3 girls will be like.  In my experience 3 girls is not ideal since one girl is usually left out but we'll see.
I love it when John takes over dinner.  He's been doing it more and more lately since I'm just not in the mood.  He never complains or seems irritated that I'm slowing down, he just takes over.  I'm so grateful that he doesn't have to be told when I can't do anymore, he just knows.  He's a good husband.
I can't seem to get enough oranges lately.  John thinks it has something to do with my iron supplement and my body's need for citric acid to balance the iron.  I don't know but I seriously eat them like 6 at a time.  Just thinking about it makes me want to go grab some.
Lastly, I love this heater vent on the floor right by my bed.  Everyone gathers here first thing in the morning usually before I've even woken up.  I love rolling over and seeing 3 kids huddled over the vent with their blankets.  It's the stuff I don't ever want to forget about this crazy phase we're in.

In our experience 3 girls has been great...all of them totter around together...I think it helps that they are close, like your girls are! Enjoy!

I agree ...this is a wonderful list. I think I need to make one here on my mission. Just reading yours you made for you I felt more positive. I think it is what I need right now.

I love those pictures and all these loves makes me miss being a young mother.
Those really are the best days.
