Dinosaurs

or as Charlie says "dine whores"
We checked out the Dinosaur Museum at Thanksgiving Point tonight for Family Home Evening.  The kids were convinced it was going to bore them out of their minds and they complained the whole way there.

But, just like we thought, they were blown away.
The dinosaurs, the water table, the build-your-own velcro dinosaur, the sand dig. They loved it all.
Then on the way out we saw the coolest van we've ever seen.  I've often dreamed of a van in the style of our beloved Scion xb but I've never seen anything like that until today.  This is a Nissan 12 passenger van.  Something to think about...

Something to think about of having 12 kids? Or a van like that? ;) The dinosaur museum is fun!

I LOVE that van! My Ford 12 passenger van often makes me feel like I'm driving a Baptist church van but it gets our large family from point a to point b so I can't complain too much.

No we are definitely not thinking about having 12 kids! We just wonder if as our kids get bigger a mini van is going to start feeling really small. The thing about this van though is that it's brand new so there's no reviews yet and no used ones. We'll wait 5 or 6 years to see how this van plays out but I do love the way it looks!

I wish museums enterained ALL of my kids these days. I'm afraid that my youngest is either being deprived of such things, or is being introduced to bigger adventures sooner than other kids his age. Oh, the good ol' days.

I saw one of those Nissans the other day and did a double-take, "What WAS that?" I also really like the Nissan minivan and have told Leon that if I won a significant amount of money and didn't care about anything else other than appearances, I'd drive that minivan.

I have seen a huge Scion here. IT is Diesel to boot. It is just too bad they dont sell in the US the same cars they do in other country's. OH! Those environment people!
One thing that is cheap here is gas and in our Diesels you never have to fill up. They are great and the air is not bad from exhaust just other stuff.
FYI for fun.
