#2 goes to school

John and I really deliberated on the idea of sending Lottie to school.  Initially we decided against it because we thought Jack would like his own big guy thing to do and that Lottie would like some alone at home time with me, plus it's expensive...  But these last few weeks with all the peeing and screaming and general regression of our little Lottie we decided to rethink it.  So we bought her a backpack and have had about a million talks with her about how big school girls don't wet their pants or their beds, and share their toys and say please and thank you.  Today was her first day and she was awesome.  I think having her relate more to Jack and less to the babies is going to help.  It's been about 4 days now accident free and she seems all around older and cooler.  She loved school and Jack said he loved getting to show her the sandbox and playing soccer with her.  I don't mean to rush Lottie into growing up but just a little bit of growth would help me out a ton!

I love hearing Lottie say "yes Mam." Especially when she says it to boys.

I think this was a great decision and not one that makes it look or seem like you are having her grow up too fast. Every kid needs something different!
