Here's to stronger bones

Photobucket
I recently learned that my bone density levels are dangerously low. I think it's because I've had 3 babies in 3 years but now I have to add spinach
to my morning smoothie.

#1 - I can't believe my kids don't mind me adding this abomination
#2 - I actually can hardly taste it
#3 - I don't know why Jack is wearing his super hero costume

Also, it's been too long since I put up a picture of Charlie. I'm so in love with this guy..

Yikes! That's scary. I wonder if that's what happened to me also. After kids, my teeth have started to thin out and my rib broke pretty easily. Who knows. I hope your bones get stronger! Charlie is a cutie.

We love spinach in smoothies. It's nice that the little ones don't really know that it's an odd combination. My oldest doesn't think the smoothie is finished without the green tint of the spinach. Enjoy!

Chamaine: I went to a womens fair a couple weeks ago and they had free bone density screening so I took the results to my doctor and did some more tests. She said the best thing to do is eat lots of leafy greens and exercise everyday. So that's my new plan.
