I checked this cookbook out from the library because whenever I catch the TV show on PBS I learn so much. Everything I've tried is really great and I think I might actually buy it. Today I tried the cold sesame noodles and I've decided this is my new most favorite thing to eat. Jack even said halfway through dinner, "mom, I do love this." So that's a pretty good recommendation.

I love America's Test Kitchen. I finally subscribed to their full website. I learn a lot too. I may have to break down and buy one of their cookbooks.
Those noodles do look good. Any meal that a 2 yr. old actually likes has got to be good!

That looks so yummy! I have a cold Japanese noodle dish that we love that has a rice vinegar and sesame oil sauce - so delicious.
