Jack and I did a little lunch after some school shopping. I've been counting down to this for years. I mean free babysitting every single day! But, now that's it's really here, I'm freaking out. This is the beginning of the end for us. Next year Lottie will be starting, then Charlie. Crazy..
I took the older kids to Trafalga this week since they've been begging for months. Miniature golf is so funny with these two.
They would try putting once at every hole then just pick up their ball and drop it in. We went through all 18 holes in about 20 minutes.

We played $5.00 worth of tokens at what few games were working. (come on Trafalga - fix your games or take them out)
Then suddenly Lottie spun the grand prize on this game. The tickets kept coming and the kids were screaming, "we're rich we're rich!!!"
In the end the kids loved Trafalga, I thought it was over priced and run down.
If not for the pass of all passes we probably wouldn't go again.

We got Charlie's stitches out.
He's such a champ for these things.
I mean for a boy who spends most of his day like a wild caged animal he can sure lay completely still for a little suture removal.

Jack has always spent a lot of time with his Lego's and the stuff he builds keeps getting better and better.
Sometimes I am completely blown away with the designs he comes up with.
Friday afternoon we met John's brother and his family at Kennecott Copper Mine.
I can't believe in all the years I've lived in Utah I've never been up there. It was pretty impressive.

Check out that hole!
Afterward, our GPS found us this cute little park nearby to have lunch at.
My little family loves a good french bread sandwich. We've been eating these a lot lately.

I told my kids that all I wanted to do was lie down in the shade while they all played on the playground. That lasted about 2 minutes.
Then it was all bathroom runs and fighting and injuries from the playground equipment. Oh, children...

I am so glad you went there. I remember going when I was little because one of my uncles was working in one of those teeny weeny tractors at the bottom of the mine. It was such a long drive through nothing(wow has that changed) and the mine to me then was incredible.
I love seeing the pictures. Thanks so much. I miss you all.
