Night and Day

I treat my two older kids like twins so I'm constantly surprised by how different they are.  Their sleeping rituals are a good example.  Lottie wants an old cup of water next to her bed, Jack requires a plastic wine flute filled with a beautiful arrangement of new years noise makers.
Jack likes all his blankets placed neatly on his bed, no wrinkles or uneven corners.  Even when I check on him in the middle of the night he still has his blankets pulled neatly up to his chin.  Lottie is either all wrapped up in a huge pile of blankets or she's kicked them all off onto the floor.  She's covered in toys or whatever else she's gathered in the night and she's snoring like a lumberjack.  Do lumberjacks snore?  Anyway, they aren't twins and I guess I shouldn't pretend they are.

Also, spring could not come soon enough!

They are close enough, they could be twins! Children definitely come with their own personalities! Oh, and won't you move closer to help me set up my girls sharing a room and STAYING in their beds?! Is that that moon sand? I gotta get some...oh, and yes, spring couldn't come soon enough...I think living in AZ sounds pretty divine right about now!
