boys and legos

I've tried, I really have, but I just don't get it. When I sit down to play Lego's with Jack I last about 10 minutes and I end up with something pretty lame. But when I go get my hair done on a Saturday morning I come home to this monstrosity. Charlie's cruising around in a very poopy diaper, Lottie's stark naked and the house is a disaster but Jack and John are as happy as can be working on the floor with Lego's.

Also, we are still loving Northern Indiana. We have been so culture starved. We went to church for the first time too and I'm in love with our new ward. By the time we left I had Jack and Lottie in a moms group preschool and plans for Thanksgiving.

Glad you love your new ward that is always a plus! Sounds like you are getting adjusted; I'm glad things are going better for you. I love the lego plane thing that Jack and John made too. Very creative!

I want to see what your hair looks like. Take a picture and post it! You're right about that town having a Portland-ish feel to it.

Did you know that you can sign Jack up for a free Lego Club magazine? Sean loves getting his in the mail, and Zak is good to help him build the things in it. Let me know if you need the link for the magazine. Glad you are liking your new area and ward. I did a Mom's preschool with my kids and will be starting one up next year for Sean. It is so much fun, I don't understand why people pay for preschool. We would go on field trips together and my kids always looked forward to preschool at our house.

I am so happy you have made some friends and that your kids will have some activities to look forward to, what a difference it will make. Plus that city looks amazing!
