then destroyed it.

That's so my life right now.
Today has been one of those days where I sit down to feed Charlie and Jack yells at me from the bathroom to come wipe his bum. So I do.
Then sit back down to feed Charlie and Jack yells that Lottie is playing in the toilet again (which never did get flushed from Jack). So I yell to Lottie to stop but she doesn't mind my yelling one bit. So I have to go in there and pull her screaming from the bathroom and clean her up.
Then I sit down to feed Charlie and the kids open the front door and run outside, so I yell at them to play in the backyard where it's fenced but nobody listens to me yelling to I have to go out there and drag them into the backyard.
Then I sit down to feed Charlie and they start sreaming at me to come swing them or open the shed for them or otherwise entertain them and this went on all.day.long.
I really need my husband to come back home.

Oh wow I'm right there with you. Sam is gone too and Tate gets really mad whenever he leaves so he acts out bad and today he peed on the floor twice and pooped on the carpet and then he pooped in his underwear again all in one hour. I was going crazy and I did yell at him too. I felt bad afterwards, but really why does he have to act out using bodily functions?? Why can't he just pout or something. Sometimes being a mom is so draining. You give it all you've got and usualy get nothing in return. Good luck to you. You're doing a great job!
Tomorrow is hours away! I say you take a long walk around Target and buy some orange finger nail polish to celebrate his arrival.
oh my stars. bless your heart. Sounds like my day, too but then my husband came home. ;-) Here's hoping yours gets there soon!!!!
I hear ya sister. Except add in yelling for the other two to "Don't touch his hands with your booger-germy fingers! And don't kiss him!" How can I possibly keep the baby free from RSV, flu, etc.? Sigh
Toddlers for some reason have a great knack for destroying while investigating! Funny! Drink some pineapple juice, it'll feel good on your throat! Remember: you're in the trenches of motherhood right now, but are doing a GREAT job...how many other moms plan such fun activities for their children!?
