Also, I've started doing marble jars
and I've learned that my kids are suckers for positive reinforcement.
Jack especially would do just about anything for a marble---even take a nap!
Today marks a full week of daily naps for him,
that means a week of naps for me too.

Yeah Jack and Charlie definitely have similarities, especially around the mouth! I like the pic of Jack and Charlie; it made me laugh. Charlie's expression is especially great... it's like "yeah whatever I think I'll stick with my own name thank you very much" or at least that's how I interpreted his expression. Marble jars! Great idea! They do that in primary for saying their prayers each week, but I never thought to do it at home.
Charlie does look quite a bit like Jack - I really think that your children look so much like you! Ansley is definitely ALL Kurt, but Maizy is more me...I've heard about marble jars/popsicle sticks for positive reinforcement, glad that is working. And yeah, for naps - I really believe that is the only way moms stay sane...
Brielle--you amaze me. I want to be like you when I grow up. You are always doing awesome activities with your kids and coming up with new ways to challenge yourself. You are great!! Way cute baby.
I like that idea because it's not candy. There are kids I know that think they should get a treat for everything good they do because thats how they have been reinforced. Not that candy here or there is bad but the marble thing is fantastic!
