It's coming!

I'm scheduled to be induced tomorrow morning at 8 but I also drank an entire bottle of castor oil tonight so one way or another there will be a baby here tomorrow. All the sudden though I remember what labor contractions feel like and I'd be lying if I didn't admit I'm scared to death!

Oh good luck! You'll do great!

p.s. I hope the affects of the castor oil die off before you have to push...it usually causes "the runs" to happen...so NOT fun when trying to push know what I mean? :)

Seriously, if you are induced - save yourself, get an epidural! It is worth it! Good luck!

Being induced is no fun, but if your like me and your labor is only 2 hrs. you can make it without an epidural..... if you're even considering that option. It's not that bad. Well yeah it was at the time, but it passes. Good luck brielle, you will do awesome! Just remember that when you finally get to see your little guy all the discomfort, aches, and contraction pains will fade and you won't be thinking about anything but how beautiful your baby is :)

The best part about labor and delivery is the prize at the end. To me, there's nothing to be afraid of when you know what to expect and that there's a purpose for it all. Were you induced with your other two? If so, I hear the contractions are worse, so you might have experienced more intense contractions than I have. If you can wait, I always recommend not being induced, but I'm sure you've weighed all your options. I just wish you didn't feel afraid! I try to tell people there's nothing to be afraid of...it's the way our bodies work and if we let them do their jobs, it turns out alright, except for the rare cases. Good luck! Let this be an experience you can look back on in fondness.
