I've noticed that too. The more tate gets out and gets to do things, the better he is as a kid. Unfortunately it's been too cold and rainy here for that sort of thing. Hopefully we'll get some warmer weather soon! You guys are lucky.
Just remember these blissful hours of play when you get your water bill.
Yeah really Stephanie--luckily the hose was actually only running about 1/2 that time but I'm sure I'll still notice it.
