From now on I'm really going to try not make my hairdresser mad. She was mumbling as she was putting on the new color--"well I guess we'll try this--if it doesn't work, I don't know what else I can do for you...."
That's scary to hear as you watch your hair change colors. Luckily I have a gift for warming people up and I brought my kissable baby with me so by the time I left we were friends again.
While I was gone Jack and his dad had a whole lot of fun messing up the house. I'm pretty sure Jack pulled out every toy he has. this picture is only one area of the damage
By the way--I filled up my car for $19.24 yesterday--It was a good day!

Oh my! I have had a similar experience with my hair turning green. I went from really light blonde after a summer to a little darker blonde/light brown - it looked greenish gray! I went back and the lady was so...rude. It scared me cause I remember an episode of Peoples Court from when I was little and a woman sued her hair dresser because she purposely burned her hair up when she was supposed to be fixing it. Anyway - I like the red! It looks really pretty. Your baby is adorable too.
Where did you get that cute little hat in the picture to the side? I love it!!!
(I found your blog through Sheena's - don't worry, I'm nice.)
I love your blog! So cute. I'll be back!
I like it better! I don't think it is too dark...Did Jack and Lottie recognize you?! P.S. Is this closer (minus the red) to your natural color?!
It looks like Jack and John had great fun together!
I like it! It looks really good on you. It's funny 'cause I've already gone through this whole process and am now back to blonde! So I hear ya! I remember the greenish tint in mine at first and then the put in the red tint and people thought I was naturally that color(with red) and then I went just a really dark brown (which I loved) but it eventually faded back to the reddish brown. Hair...and the many things you can do to it nowadays. But sometimes you just need a change. You and lottie both look really cute in that pic.
I like the green highlights, they match your eyes. I think you look cute as blonde or brunette.
I like your hair. I can't believe you have another little one. She is so cute. How old is she? Congrats by the way. I love my girlies and wouldn
t trade them for anything. I am glad that you found me and that I was able to find you.
Yes, never make a hairdresser mad, especially while she's cutting your hair. That, and ask her to put the phone down if she's fighting with her boyfriend while cutting your hair - not a good combo.
saw the green after you pointed it out...but if your husband sees it then you know for sure it's there :)
i was thinking she should've added a red/brown in there to get the green out...the outcome is awesome! Lame that she was a little annoyed...she should want to have it the way the client wants it.
happy monday!
I had the same thing happen too! My hair was totally green after this amateur put low lights in after it was bleached. So I had someone else change it back to blonde right away...and that killed my hair and she had to cut it off and it's been short ever since. But now it has finally semi recovered and I'm growing it out again. My hairstylist said that happens because some people who don't know what they're doing dont' put this certain thing on first before the low lights. Anyways! I love your hair! It looks cute!
