I jog 3 days a week for 30 minutes--I hate it! I dread it every time and I count down the minutes until I'm done. Yoga on the other hand is the best thing I've ever done for myself. I feel like Superwoman everytime I come home from Yoga. I feel so strong and beautiful and powerful. It's better than a shopping spree,than a pedicure, a massage, anything I love to do for myself. Try it!
